GCC1725kW调频构网电源将PC、电池、BMS、热管理、配电、升压隔离变、应急照明和消防等优化集成在30英尺集装箱内。储能电源运行在电流源(P/Q)模式,与新能源电源配电房的低压侧母线并联。实现对新能源电源的三相不平衡、晃电、浪涌、谐波、低电压、低功率因数等有源补偿,保证新能源电能满发满送

GCC1725kW Grid-Forming Frequency Regulation Power Supply optimally integrates components such as the PC, battery, BMS, thermal management system, power distribution unit, step-up isolation transformer, emergency lighting, and fire protection within a 30-foot container. The energy storage power supply operates in current source (P/Q) mode and is connected in parallel to the low-voltage busbar of the new energy power distribution room. It provides active compensation for three-phase imbalance, voltage dip, surge, harmonics, low voltage, and low power factor in the new energy power system, ensuring full generation and uninterrupted delivery of renewable energy

列车进站时,通过储能单元进行列车刹车制动动能的回收与储存,相当于列车刹车给电池充电。列车出站的时候,又通过储能单元将回收的能量进行快速释放,推动列车加速出站,相当于电池放电推动列车

项目案例:2022年在成都地铁4号线南熏大道地铁站进行了安装应用。主要参数:额定功率2MW,峰值功率4MW(20S充+20S放电+80S休息)

When a train enters the station, the braking kinetic energy is recovered and stored via an energy storage unit, which is equivalent to the train's braking process charging the battery. When the train departs, the recycled energy is rapidly released through the energy storage unit, aiding the train in accelerating out of the station, equivalent to the battery discharging to propel the train forward

Project Case: In 2022, the system was installed and applied at Nanxun Avenue Station on Chengdu Metro Line 4. Key parameters: rated power 2MW, peak power 4MW (20s charging + 20s discharging + 80s rest)
